Ti Kuan Yin Oolong

Description

Ti Kuan Yin is an aromatic and elegant tea from the Fujian Province in China.  This legendary Oolong is named after the goddess of mercy, Kuan Yin (Iron Goddess)

The crinkly, slightly twisted leaves of  Ti Kuan Yin are a mixture of red-brown and dark green.  As the tea brews, the leaves unfurl to expose lace-edged leaves that release a liquor the color of honey, a sweet floral roma, and an orchid-like, smooth, delicate flavor.
