This heavily oxidized Taiwanese tea is one of the most prized oolongs in the world. Incredibly sweet, fruity and lush with a delicate warm spicy undertone. Brewing Instructions: Steep at 212° for 3-5 minutes. 1 tbls. of tea for 16 oz. (2 cups of tea). If you have an EZ Brewer, 1 scoop of tea for one full brew.
